@Leena: Truly glorious morning are quite rare... less than 5 percent, I'd say... but most sunrises are photogenic at some point during or just after twilight. I saw and greatly appreciated the picture of your grandson on a welcome sunny Sunday, and it looks like the full color of autumn leaves has begun! If you took one, perhaps you could post a picture of that lovely sunset you mentioned.

What a great idea to photograph Lauri while he was taking pictures for his first Aminus3 posting... a nice way to commemorate his accomplishment. It will be a few years before my two grandchildren start taking pictures... Molly and Ian are both are just under two years.

@Leena: Beautiful grandchildren! The older four seem about the same age, right? I love all the little hands around the baby in the softened shot (nice effect, too).

I have four daughters, two of whom are married, the mothers of Ian and Molly... and they're both expecting again and due within about a month of each other, Jan 1 and Feb 4. So we'll double our grandchildren count in just a few months. More photo opps, for sure! You can see pictures of Ian & Molly here... and pics of the family in other sets on that flickr site.

And a third daughter will be married Oct 11th, but they're not planning to have children for a couple of years. I'm glad, because we'll have to expand our house to get everyone sitting at the dinner table! Hope you have a very nice Tuesday evening... 6:39 your time.
